Friendly and caring. Good w communication about the status of my vehicle. On-line appointment worked well. I will use them again based on the results of repairs.

Outstanding service. Very reasonable and most reliable. Adam is "Top Shelf" and really good for this company. When he states that he is going to do something he does it.

The only place I will take my vehicle is to Parker Automotive. Granted there are other places that are open on weekends and have longer hours which is a convenience to most of us, but the most important thing to me is the customer service and the quality of work that’s being done on my car. Holly always greets me with a smile and knows my name and I very much like that. I feel like I matter when I bring my vehicle into Parker Automotive and that I’m not just another “customer”, I am a returning customer and I have a name. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate them a 20.

What I like about Parker Auto is that they are very honest and they Never do anything else on your car except what needs to be done. I couldn’t think of a better staff that treat you like family.
