I used a mobile mechanic since it was 20% of the cost I paid here, but unfortunately the oil pan I purchased from auto zone required me to take it to a shop to figure out why it was causing issues (apprently its a common issues the sensors dont sit right in aftermarket pans). Parker automotive got it in the next day after I called, communicated what they found, resolved it, and got me car after a few days (1 day to get the parts, 2 days to change it out). I appreciate their communication and availability. 4☆ overall as for cost. I told them exactly the issue, but was charged 2.5 hours for diagnostic when 1-2 was quoted, and the should have known exactly the issue as the oil pan was what was changed and what the issue was. They use quality parts so not to fail, but those obviously come at cost as well. Happy to have found this in Parker should I need a shop in the future.
