Our Edge "died" in Castle Rock with a bad alternator and electrical issues; Parker Automotive had replaced the alternator previously and it was still under warranty; They had our car towed to their shop at no cost to us; they found the problem (s) quickly and replaced the alternator under warranty. Great service and follow-up!!

I had some work done on my truck at a different shop. They had messed something up with a new alternator but didn't want to accept fault, and were quoting high prices for other random things. I saw the good reviews about Parker Automotive, and decided to give them a shot. I told them everything that was going on and the sounds it was making. They actually spent the time to thoroughly check my truck to find what was wrong. And had fixed the issue the other shop caused, and now my truck drives great! They had kept me up to date on everything that was going on and prices. I will 100% be going back to Parker Automotive for any future car issues I have.
