I went to Parker Automotive because of the good reviews. The last two places I went (which included a dealership) didn’t work out. The things I was told needed to be fixed didn’t add up and I declined to repair. I had another mechanic from somewhere else give me a completely different story. I didn’t know who to believe, I don’t know a lot about cars. I’m at the mercy of a good mechanic. I came in to Parker Automotive and asked for an alignment and brake check, nothing else was mentioned. They looked over some extra things at no cost and explained what was really going on. It put all the puzzle pieces together for me and made sense. I had $1200 worth of work that needed to be done. A belt, a water pump replacement, an alignment and a brake adjustment. I had never worked with Parker Automotive before but asked them to move forward with the repairs anyway. I am so impressed with their work. My car drives beautifully. I feel like I was in good hands.
