Adam was very efficient in getting my car in, assessing the problem, ordering the parts, and taking care of all that needed to be done. Also noticed some areas of concern that we will keep checking every month to make sure they do not worsen and if they do he can catch it before the problem is worse. They are a great place to get cars fixed and maintained.

really good at diagnosing and fixing the problems. Ordered parts and appointment scheduled immediately. Very professional and knew they would be able to figure out problem and fix it! I can't drop off car for any length of time so happy they could repair once they had parts and I could wait while they fixed.

Our Edge "died" in Castle Rock with a bad alternator and electrical issues; Parker Automotive had replaced the alternator previously and it was still under warranty; They had our car towed to their shop at no cost to us; they found the problem (s) quickly and replaced the alternator under warranty. Great service and follow-up!!
