Took in my ‘17 Honda Ridgeline due to driver front parking sensor randomly going off. Did some internet research and found diagnosing and potential fix to be out of my wheelhouse, so scheduled with Parker. 17 codes fired off during diagnosis, so it spent the night with them for further troubleshoot. Came to find out I had tapped my after market radar detector into a circuit I thought was safe, but instead started causing all the codes and problems due to the car’s sensitive computer systems. So grateful for Parker to remain diligent and faithful to their motto “We don’t sell what you don’t need.” This is why I keep taking my vehicles to them after 13 years. A number of shops could’ve easily signed me up for an expensive replacement plan of sensors and more, but instead my bill is reasonable and I can fix the improperly tapped radar detector on my own to get back going without all the errors. This team continues to earn our business year after year due to their integrity and trustworthiness.
