We have been going to Parker auto for a number of years. Excellent service, and the mechanics are awesome they do a great job. What I like about Parker Auto is that they are very honest and they Never do anything else on your car except what needs to be done. I couldn’t think of a better staff that treat you like family.

Honest and warranty their work

I brought my Honda Civic in here to get my AC compressor replaced. 10 days and less then a 110 miles driving the car, it broke down on me once again. I called them and asked if they would offer to pay for a tow truck back to their place since it was the same problem. They told me I should take it to a different shop and were unwilling to fix their mistake. I then had to have 2 certified mechanics tell me that the mechanics at Parker Automotive did not tighten two of the bolts at all and they stripped one of the bolts on my alternator. Parker Automotive offered zero refund for their irresponsible work. Take your car here if you don't want the problem fixed!
