The folks at Parker Automotive were great! A mouse chewed through the wiring for my front turn signal. Holly was very efficient and really cared about me and my situation. She had the parts by the next day and Jimie, my technician repaired the damage quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this business.

The team at Parker Automotive is always professional and honest. I had dropped my truck off to have an electrical issue diagnosed and when they couldn’t replicate the issue they didn’t charge me (the Ford dealership was going to charge $150 just to take a look at the truck). After I left they did some research and located what the problem was. Talk about going the extra mile for their customers. I have used them now for 3 different services and I always get consistent, honest, quality service!

Check engine light for the clutch switch on a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I did a little research on replacement cost for this, it came out to be around $200. Parker Automotive proceeded to tell me all kinds of other things that were "wrong" bumping up the bill to about $1200. Some of the things I know didn't need to be done. Others I am having a more honest outfit look at. As it was, my bill got inflated to $649 a large part of that was for a software upgrade and some "specialist" they had to call in to do the work. I am sure he got a piece of the pie. Bottom line.... Beware of this outfit. They seem to want to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. I Will NOT go back.

As always they fixed my car and explained each item that was needed and why and cost I was given a car to drive so I could still get to work and where I needed to go
