I had some anxiety about passing my emissions test and instead of just blowing me off this team listen to me and gave me good advice. I have several things that need to be repaired on my car but I felt like they were behind me that the first thing I needed to do is past that emissions test so we're taking it in pieces we'll see how the first repair went and if I need to do something after that we have a clearer picture on what to look at. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their honesty and they're willingness to help me with this. Thanks guys you're awesome.

Parker Automotive is my go to shop when I cant or dont want to repair my cars. They are always reasonably priced, quick and done correct. They recently helped me with a suspension issue that was due to defective parts. Holly, Adam and the tech who i never met all did an outstanding job. Im sure I will be back when something else breaks.

Extremely pleased with the professionalism, great natured staff, and prompt vehicle delivery. Parker Auto was recommended by a friend who has been a customer for years. Adam greeted me immediately upon entry and discussed results of the diagnostic inspection they did. He fully explained what needed to be done as well as brought to my attention a couple of other items that needed, or soon would need, attention. These items did not feel like an upsale so I went ahead and added that work. I expected to be without my vehicle for at least a couple of days, and they had it back in a day and a half. Awesome job! Parker Auto will be getting all of my business on our cars.

My experience at Parker Automotive was excellent. I have a 1997 van that was not steering correctly and needed attention. Finding someone who knows these older vehicles can be hard to find. Philip and his crew properly diagnosed my vehicle as needing a new steering gearbox. As these heavy front end vehicles age, apparently they can have excessive wear. The gearbox was replaced. After driving away I thought the steering was stiff. It was more accurate, but stiff. I contacted Philip and he said bring it back. I returned the vehicle and after a quick drive, they agreed to replace it again under warranty. The van now drives great. Very accurate steering. No more concerns about driving in tight traffic. I'm very happy with the work done by Parker Automotive and will bring the van back for any new problems. I recommend them highly.

While I was taking grandchildren home, My battery light came on. They diagnosed that I needed an alternator. It was done in a timely manor with great customer service. Have the mechanic a tip for a job well done.
