I have a 1989 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. It's difficult to find a shop that is both willing and has the knowledge to work on an older vehicle. Luckily, my search is over. The folks at Parker Automotive have done an excellent job and are amazing to work with! Adam, Holly, Steve, the whole team is amazing! While the prices may not be the lowest out there, they're fair and up front and stand behind their work. Like everything in life, you get what you pay for. Just some friendly words of advice, if you base your search on cost alone and not reputation, knowledge and service, you'll lose every single time! Thanks guys! My new 3" lift looks awesome!!

We usually have a positive experience with this business. That was not the case for this particular visit. The engine coolant reservoir cap was left off so the vehicle was driven for three days and over heated after all the coolant was sprayed on the inside of the engine compartment. The vehicle was at the business all day for a head light change and oil change. We supplieed the headlight that was dropped and broken so another headlight had to be ordered. Also, the wrong light was changed initially, making the vehicle to be at the business longer than needed.

I’ve been searching for a shop I can use independently, without being taken advantage of (as a woman with minimal car smarts). THIS IS IT! They were straight-forward, honest, helpful, and prompt. Prices were reasonable and my car is running great!

Great place. Not full of parts changers, but rather talented diagnosticians who can explain things to you in a very understandable manner. I brought my truck in for a radiator leak and they fixed the initial issue, but shortly after the next weakest hose had a huge issue and was leaking everywhere, rapidly. They towed my car and fixed it for free. They were even going to cover the tow at first since we really didn't know what was wrong, but technically it was just the rest of my weak hoses failing. Now both of us know to let it sit overnight the next time another one goes and see if when the car cools down and heats up again, the next weakest hose goes. A+

Great experience! The people were really nice and I feel I was charged a fair price for the work performed.
