From the first phone call & talking with Holly to getting my husband’s jeep right in for the repairs it was top notch customer service & competitive pricing. I did a lot of research on Jeep repair services in Parker & surrounding areas & they always had great reviews. They looked it over then email us a quote on our repairs. We were then able to go over the list & break down what we needed done ASAP to get it back on the road. They saved us money & time & we are both so happy to have the oil leak gone!!!! It says it above their doors, “We don’t sell you what you don’t need”. After receiving a laundry list of repairs valued over $2,500 from Larry H. Miller Service, I wanted a second opinion. Steve was able to get me in asap. He was extremely transparent and thorough about what codes were found and the repairs needed. Not only was it completed in a timely manner, but at a fraction of the cost of what others had quoted me. For all of your car service needs, Parker Automotive is a place you can trust.
