We brought our 2017 Subaru Outback in for routine 30k mile service. We initially took it to the local Subaru dealer where the car was purchased and were told they needed to perform their bundled 30k service package (which is essentially Subaru's recommended 60k mile service) at a cost of $1000! We walked out will not go back. I called Parker Automotive with the specific list of Subaru recommended 30k service items. They were able to individually itemize each service for me which came in at less than half the dealer total and get me in the following day. Thank you!

I pass this place to and from my office nearly every day. A couple months ago I thought I would stop by since my trucks starter was giving me trouble at the time. Upon walking into the entrance I saw through the front door that none of the employees were wearing masks. Safe to say I turned right around and walked out. I'm not a skittish guy but this covid bug is not something I want to take my chances on. Since then I have noticed a number of times a truck recklessly getting onto parker road from the same lot. Based on the pictures here I assume the driver to be the owner of Parker Automotive. Every single time I witness nothing but careless driving and swerving. I just do my best to maintain my distance whenever I have to share the road with them. I do not know if he is a chronic behind the wheel texter or if he chooses to drink and drive. Whatever the case I find it to be ironic that someone who owns a automotive repair shop would operate a vehicle in such a way. Personally I find that to be selfish if not plain stupid. I would never recommend anyone getting any kind of repairs done at that shop.

Great staff, always helpful and polite. Easy to work with and gives you options for repairs.

Staff is very friendly and polite. Made an appointment for a safety check on the car. Took 2 days and I had to call to get updates. I approved some work to be done as I had other work that was warranty from another shop. Upon getting the car back there was lots of grease stains on the side of the vehicle that weren’t there before. The work they said needed to be done was WAY different then the usual mechanic I go to. The freeze plug they installed either is leaking or they never cleaned the area after installation. I guess we will find out after she leaves for college in 2 days. I used to run a shop. Not that I know anything since it’s been 20 years. But cleanliness, good communication, kindness, and honesty is key for a shop. This place from my knowledge has one quality of the 4!
