I can't say enough! Let's start with Professionalism: I have never felt I found "My" mechanic until now. My first dealings with Parker Automotive really caught my attention. They gave me an estimate and talked to me about the things that needed to be done ASAP, but the explained what things I could wait on. They worked with me through the process, and even showed me what things could be done in batches and how to get the most for my money. Holly, up front, knew that I work strange hours, and so instead of calling me when I would not be able to answer, she has always kept my updated through email; which I explained would be the best for me. Never once have I felt pressured to make repairs that my truck did not need. Every step of the way the kept me posted, and if something came up that was unseen before, they contacted me right away and asked what I would like to do. Value: This goes without saying! A mechanic that literally treats your vehicle like their own! They 100% are focused on doing the right job, only the jobs that are needed, and for the best value for the customer! Punctual: almost every time they have gotten the work done BEFORE they told me. One time they were delayed due to an issue beyond their control, and immediately let me know!. None of this, I call hoping to pick up my vehicle, and discover it won't be done for several more days. I have found "My" Automotive shop! Trust me, you need to use them for all your repairs!
