Check engine light for the clutch switch on a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I did a little research on replacement cost for this, it came out to be around $200. Parker Automotive proceeded to tell me all kinds of other things that were "wrong" bumping up the bill to about $1200. Some of the things I know didn't need to be done. Others I am having a more honest outfit look at. As it was, my bill got inflated to $649 a large part of that was for a software upgrade and some "specialist" they had to call in to do the work. I am sure he got a piece of the pie. Bottom line.... Beware of this outfit. They seem to want to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. I Will NOT go back.

As always they fixed my car and explained each item that was needed and why and cost I was given a car to drive so I could still get to work and where I needed to go

I use this shop for my regular oil changes, so far great service. Also took my jeep last Monday in because the starter fail on my wife, talk to Holly over thee phone and she was really nice and knowledgeable and super helpful. Also was having issues with my cooling system and thought it was a crazy head gasket because the build up of mud in the radiator. And I was requesting a head gasket replacement 😅 But holly recommended an inspection first. And head gasket not needed. Very honest people working here and super friendly and knowledgeable. They only repair what you need, they don't sell you what you don't need. Other places would probably replace the head gasket just to make money out of it, but Parker automotive don't. Thanks guys my wife jeep is running nice and healthy.
