The work they do is top notch, But you have to watch there upsell tactics, although they don't push they do give you a list of options for repairs that so far have proven unnecessary!

Holly did a great job explaining the repairs needed and gave me options to repairing the issues. Danny and Eric did a great job on the repairs, and kept the vehicle clean (no greasy hand prints like the last repair shop). Thank you for the great work and fair prices!

Outstanding service! It was time for my registration to be renewed, and I went to a missions, and my car would not communicate. I went multiple times finally they said go to your mechanic and have them test it and see if it’s a fuse. Long story short I had to take it back to the mechanic because it would not communicate and Parker Automotive totally figured it out and just provided the best customer service I’ve ever had. Parker Automotive is by far the best car place I’ve ever been.
