I am continuously impressed with the quality of customer service that Parker Auto provides. Both Matt and Holly are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. The entire service team is honest and trustworthy. I have a 13 year old Honda with 265,000 miles and have always received honest recommendations about next steps with a vehicle in this condition. I will continuously recommend Parker Auto to friends and family.

My catalytic converter was stolen and Parker Automotive did the repair. I was recommended this shop by a friend of mine whose catalytic converter was ALSO stolen (don't park at pikes peak lot at DIA! especially if you drive a Prius). They did a great job working through my insurance and getting the cost figured out, etc. Very friendly staff (Holly), clean shop, just overall a really great establishment and we plan to come back for future car needs!

After Autonation RAM on Broadway refused to repair the AC unit they left loose after charging me $16700 for an new long block and it sheering off the engine after a couple of months, Parker Automotive to the rescue. They gave me a great price on the repair and did a professional job. Used to take all my cars to them when I lived in Parker but changed since we are now in Castle Rock. NO MORE. They get all me business from now on.
