Staff is exceptional and genuine, the mechanics knowledge is honest and reliable, and they truly provide a welcoming family oriented mission of helping the parker community. I will be switching to Parker Automotive for all my car mainteneance needs.

I’ve been taking my vehicle here for several years now so I’m way overdue to give them a solid review. The folks at Parker Automotive have always been super friendly, helpful and accommodating and I always walk away feeling good about my experience with them. There have been a few times where I’ve had to bring my vehicle back in for something that kept giving me trouble and they always fix it without any push back and without charging me a dime. It’s very apparent that they have integrity in the way they do business and how they treat their customers. Couldn’t recommend them enough as we all know, finding a mechanic you can trust and feel good about is hard to come by!

I really appreciate the friendliness of Parker Automotive. We started using them because of Holly, who we followed from another automotive facility but the whole staff is kind and supportive!! Plus, they also do a great service on our cars!!

I used a mobile mechanic since it was 20% of the cost I paid here, but unfortunately the oil pan I purchased from auto zone required me to take it to a shop to figure out why it was causing issues (apprently its a common issues the sensors dont sit right in aftermarket pans). Parker automotive got it in the next day after I called, communicated what they found, resolved it, and got me car after a few days (1 day to get the parts, 2 days to change it out). I appreciate their communication and availability. 4☆ overall as for cost. I told them exactly the issue, but was charged 2.5 hours for diagnostic when 1-2 was quoted, and the should have known exactly the issue as the oil pan was what was changed and what the issue was. They use quality parts so not to fail, but those obviously come at cost as well. Happy to have found this in Parker should I need a shop in the future.
