I would just like to say what a wonderful team Parker Automotive has! Justin has been working on my car and he goes above and beyond in making sure everything is done right! Parker automotive was recommended to me by my dad, and I'm glad I listened! My dad started bringing all our family cars there, and when my car started acting up my dad told me to give Dan a call at Parker Automotive. I called on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving needing a turn signal replaced and needing my check engine light to be checked out, and they said they could see me immediately. I couldn't bring it in till Wednesday, and when I did they told me they'd try to get it back to me asap. I was very understanding with Thanksgiving being the next day, hoping maybe they'd be able to get to my car by Friday. Sure enough, on Friday afternoon (when they said they would call me) they called to let me know that my car was ready. They fixed my turn signal, fixed the check engine problem, and explained everything to me. They didn't treat me like an idiot because I'm a woman who doesn't know as much as they do about cars (which happens to me ALL THE TIME at other car places). Dan was very friendly and I appreciate him telling me what was wrong with my car and what I should do in the future. Very pleased with the service I received at Parker Automotive and I will definitely be using them in the future!

The reason I like and use Parker Automotive exclusively is that I know that I will be told the truth regarding my concerns regarding the "Engine On Light" or squeaky brakes, or need to replace something. They never suggest a service unless they can verify why the service is required. Dan always provides an estimate which is usually right on or a little high, you never have to worry about a bill that is not in line with the estimate. I like to know that what they say is 100% correct. Don't get taken by unscrupulous auto shops!

A Dealer said that my car needed $3000.00 worth of work. I took it to Parker Automotive to have the repairs done. Dan called me the next day and said that the car didn't need any of the repairs that the dealer had said and that he wouldn't be able to sleep if he did these repairs. The charge was zero dollars for them to look at it and return it to me. They are very honest and put the customer first! Thanks Parker Automotive!

Great service. On a first name basis. Have brought all my cars to their shop as I trust them for the last 15 years (tough trying to find an auto shop you can trust!). Also, brought my son's (2) cars's there and they did not even charge me for storage for one of them (6 + months). A little hard to find, but I would not take my car's to any other place in Parker.

I had service provided that was fair priced and with no issues. Dan has been a great person to work with to get my truck repaired. I got straight answers with my questions and they seem very knowledgable. Got a call from them 2 months later just to see if my truck was running good. It was, thanks guys.

I went for the first time today and found just what I expected. Quality service, honesty, friendliness, and good prices. I will be returning to Parker Automotive for my future car needs.
