THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! I worked mostly with Adam. He was great at communicating with me and I trusted him. When he was giving me a quote he went over both what he saw was needed AND what he thought was essential for safety. I don’t know much about cars but he educated me on what was happening and why certain noises were happening with my Mazda CX5. They were also VERY timely. I had a ton of worked done and they were able to get it done much faster than I expected. Not only was their technical service amazing but their customer service was amazing. Holly is at the front and is/was so kind. Since I had so many questions I called a bunch she was patient, nice, and informative. I will definitely be going back to Parker Automotive!

Adam and Holly were both great to work with. Philip is very straightforward with his answers and honest. They were able to get me in and out same day with no issues. Highly recommend if you're looking for great service, honesty, and things done correctly.

After dozens of trips to other auto repair shops to get my 03 avalanche to stop leaking, we where ready to give up completely and had arrived at the point where these shops where being everything from blatantly dishonest, to completely incompetent or disinterested. Giving the vehicle which we really love otherwise, one last chance, we decided to give Parker Automotive a try. Immediately, I noticed a down to earth crew at the front desk, that listened to the actual concerns. After having the vehicle for a bit they actually spent the time to discover the real leak (transfer case yolks, transmission pan gaskets axel seals) *for reference another local shop had 10+ tries to figure it out, and the last trip had the audacity to tell me it just needed an oil change. Parker was open and honest and FINALLY found and fixed the leaks. THANK YOU. I highly recommend this shop for the Parker area.

Philip and his team are real professionals, it's hard to find a place that's both trustworthy and competent but these guys check all the boxes. Their no pressure service writers up front Holly and Adam take all the stress out of getting your vehicle repaired and maintained. Before you take your vehicle to corporate owned shop where you'll never see the owner give Parker automotive a try, they won't disappoint!!!

Service was done within a relatively small time frame as requested. Quick and convenient service. Will definitely come back. Front deskperson was nice. Appreciated her efficiency!
