Parker Automotive was the only shop able to take my car right away. I talked to Holly at 8aish and she said, bring it in. This was after I tried reaching my Acura service writer who didnt call me back until 330p.I had it towed because I was stuck with what they diagnosed as the high and low fuel pumps. They offered things important to me, communication, a loaner so I could continue to work (I tried renting a car through Enterprise Parker. They never followed up with a car), military discount, knowledgeable technicians including the owner, and friendly service writers, Adam and Holly. Thank you.

Called Parker Automotive the day before a heavy snow storm. Needed a low beam replacement bulb passenger side. Day of the storm they got me in fixed the problem and on the road. Excellent service!!! Very quick time. Charge's we very reasonable! Completely satisfied !!!

I have used Parker automotive four times now. First time was great. They got me in quick, fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Second time had an issue and prices weren’t as great. Same with third. This final time, We brought the car in because our after market warranty was going to expire. We just wanted to give it a run through and were experiencing rough idle issues. they kept the car for three weeks and wrecked the front fender and didn’t fix the idle problem. The damaged fender was either poorly repaired or replaced with another bad used fender. They said they would resolve the issue, but we still haven’t heard back from them. You would think that the service would improve with the repeat business, but it is the opposite with this shop.
