Asked the shop to give me a diagnostic due to pick up unable to start. Dropped the car Sunday they called me Friday telling me the pcm was shut and will cost me 1800. I asked to take to the dealer to have it checked. I was charged 300 dollars for the diagnostics. When I asked them do you charge a flat fee fee for the disg,they spent two hours at 160/hr labor. I was charged 2 hours for labor while they did not fix anything.. I ended finding out it’s not the pcm. The alternator was the problem. They do not know what they are doing. I am not using this shop again. Never!

Parker Automotive reviewed multiple repair options, went over the pros/cons of each option, and proceeded to quote me on my preferred choice (in my case a full engine repair was my choice). The quote was fair and the work was ultimately done well. Parker Automotive provided great updates through the process. Once the repairs were made, they continued to follow up with me to ensure everything was still great afterwards. Five stars!!!

We found our new shop. Great, honest and friendly. The owner even gave me a ride home while my Xterra was being checked out for my check engine light on. Holly was Amazing and explained everything very simply.

As usual, when I picked up my truck my problems were fixed. Everyone are really nice and so easy to work with.

This place is amazing. It’s the only place to take our vehicles. Great team always snow when you walk in and they only work on the problem is honest the best place in poker. I would Recommend anybody to go here.
