The team at Parker Automotive were excel at and professional. They were able to get my truck in on the day they promised and fixed my A/C in the same day. They took great care of my truck while they worked on it. I would highly recommend Parker Automotive!

I have taken 4 or 5 different vehicles here over the past few years. They are always friendly. Have good knowledge. Repair time seem fast or at-least reasonable. Price is fair. No one every wants to spend a lot of money on repairs, but sometimes its just what it costs. They have always told me what i need and work with options if i cant afford everthing to help with best choice to get things going again. Than go back for something else later. I have price shopped them and seem to be slightly lowers than average. But also doing the job right 1 time will always be cheaper than 2 times. Given the quality and speed, with knowledge and friendlyness and willingness to help and understand that every situation is different. Have all helped me build trust and confidence in them.

Great place to go. I had a 3rd party inspection through them and they gave me some excellent advice as well as a thorough inspection. They are honest and do their best to make sure issues are addressed properly. Thanks

Easy to call and set up an appointment for an alignment after getting new tires. At the time, they had a coupon on their website too for the alignment. I dropped my car off and waited in their waiting room (they have wifi), and I was there for about an hour or hour and a half. To my knowledge, they did a great job with the alignment and I haven’t had any issues. Very nice and not pushy. My only complaint is getting to their shop - the road in front is riddled with pot holes.

Holly and her team got our vehicle in right away and got the A/C working great again! We are very satisfied with their work.

Matt very good with first call, knowledge and reassuring as a new customer. Quick appointment and done on time. Initial discussion included check and top off of fluid level which was not indicated on invoice but may be routine without mentioning it. Pleased with people, efficiency and cost. We will be back.

There’s no other place to have the most amazing team and knowledge as Parker automotive has. It is the only place I will ever go to continue for them to service my auto. They always make you feel like family. They always have a smile and even a sense of humor. I would recommend Parker Automotive to anyone.

I am absolutely thrilled with the work Parker Automotive has done! Both visits resolved 2+ year issues that the pricey 4x4 shops couldn't figure out. Terribly upset that discovered them so late after so many other awful shops and now I'm moving out-of-state. Quick turnaround time, fair pricing, and A+ results on my 25 year old off road Jeep.
