Easy to call and set up an appointment for an alignment after getting new tires. At the time, they had a coupon on their website too for the alignment. I dropped my car off and waited in their waiting room (they have wifi), and I was there for about an hour or hour and a half. To my knowledge, they did a great job with the alignment and I haven’t had any issues. Very nice and not pushy. My only complaint is getting to their shop - the road in front is riddled with pot holes.

Holly and her team got our vehicle in right away and got the A/C working great again! We are very satisfied with their work.

There’s no other place to have the most amazing team and knowledge as Parker automotive has. It is the only place I will ever go to continue for them to service my auto. I am absolutely thrilled with the work Parker Automotive has done! Both visits resolved 2+ year issues that the pricey 4x4 shops couldn't figure out. Terribly upset that discovered them so late after so many other awful shops and now I'm moving out-of-state. Quick turnaround time, fair pricing, and A+ results on my 25 year old off road Jeep.
