Outstanding customer service! I thought it was a more expensive alternator replacement based on my knowledge, but they were able to diagnose that it was the belt. They also diagnosed a couple of other issues that weren't critical and I have plans to have them complete those repairs after the new year. I use Parker Automotive for repairs on both of my vehicles and trust them to get the job done correctly.
