We have been coming to Parker Automotive for our car services for years. We trust them with our cars and get honest opinions. They have a great staff as well!

I am a traveling house sitter and I spend some time in the Denver area. I found Parker Automotive in June '22 when I needed work on my old Toyota Sienna. Recently, I purchased an "upgrade" , another Sienna and took it to Parker Automotive for an oil change. Without my asking, they gave the vehicle a complete check, found that the rear brakes needed adjusting and suggested some regular maintenance to address at a later date. I find the mechanics and office staff to be honest, straight forward, and helpful. There are no hidden costs. They simply do excellent work and this is important for someone who spends a great deal of time in the road.

Called around for transmission fluid service, so many shops overcharge and don't know what they are doing. When I called this shop Holly was very familiar with my model of vehicle and what it needed. She was quick and helpful, getting an appointment setup the next day, and answered all my questions. When I arrived at the shop, Adam was up front and welcoming. They quickly got started on my car, and were very good about keeping me updated on what they found, which I really appreciated! Adam answered all my questions while I waited, and the service was done quickly and for a great price! I can't believe I didn't find this place sooner! Definitely recommend and will be back!

Holly did a great job with customer service making sure all my needs were met, including, getting my skid guard re-attached, having the tech(s) test my fluids for replacement and providing a quote and making a service appointment for the proper fluid changes in the near future.
