We've always appreciated Parker Auto. Used their services often when Gary was the owner, and for some reason had not been back for a while. They recently did work on our vehicles and, of course, did a great job and stand behind their work. They have friendly, helpful staff who are available to take the time to explain the work done on the vehicle. We appreciate having good auto technicians in Parker!

They were great to help me when my truck quit while pulling a horse trailer with a horse in it. It was a stressful day and they were good at answering all my phone alls between tow trucks and .... Got the repairs done on truck and back to me as quickly as I could have expected. Adam was really easy to work with and always ready to answer questions and provide solutions.

Both the repair and patience of the team at Parker Automotive is most appreciated. Were the world's supply chain still functioning, everything would have been perfect. In the end, the perseverance finding good quality repair parts ultimately yielded a stellar result. Sometime 'good things' are worth the wait.

I have a 1989 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. It's difficult to find a shop that is both willing and has the knowledge to work on an older vehicle. Luckily, my search is over. The folks at Parker Automotive have done an excellent job and are amazing to work with! Adam, Holly, Steve, the whole team is amazing! While the prices may not be the lowest out there, they're fair and up front and stand behind their work. Like everything in life, you get what you pay for. Just some friendly words of advice, if you base your search on cost alone and not reputation, knowledge and service, you'll lose every single time! Thanks guys! My new 3" lift looks awesome!!

We usually have a positive experience with this business. That was not the case for this particular visit. The engine coolant reservoir cap was left off so the vehicle was driven for three days and over heated after all the coolant was sprayed on the inside of the engine compartment. The vehicle was at the business all day for a head light change and oil change. We supplieed the headlight that was dropped and broken so another headlight had to be ordered. Also, the wrong light was changed initially, making the vehicle to be at the business longer than needed.
