WONDERFUL SERVICE! I have a 13 yr old Yukon that has never had a problem so I wasn’t sure where to take it to get fixed and I was more than a little concerned. My son suggested Parker Automotive. I’m so glad I went there. Since I live alone, I needed a ride home after dropping off the car. They provided me with a nice gentleman to ferry me to Elizabeth They diagnosed the problem as a leaky front differential. Whew. Since the car hadn’t had certain fluids changed since its 100000 mile tuneup, I had them change those. There was absolutely no pressure from them to do ANYTHING more than the differential problem. I appreciated that they explained everything they were going to do and how it would affect the car. **Gold Stars**

Parker automotive is the best shop in the area !!! I went in for an oil change plus an overall inspection because of noises my car was making. The staff were extremely helpful and explained everything that was going on with my car in a step by step process that was easy to understand. I’m definitely coming back for all my car needs and recommending this shop to anyone that’ll listen.

Oil change. Great staff, quick work. A bit more expensive then other service providers but feel it was worth it as the team was friendly and didn’t try and upsell me on other unneeded services

Engine starter was going out. Made a call to Adam and the new starter was installed within the day. Can't any better service than that.
