Easy to make appointments online. Quick drop off and pick up. Price on the higher end of normal range but I am new Colorado so maybe car repair prices are similar to real estate prices. I received a very long list of suggested maintenance. Over $3K of work when the car is worth $4K. I didn’t feel pressured for the extra items but I spent too much time on the phone while I was at work going through the list one by one. This would be great customer service if I wasn’t in between appointments just trying to get my late model car fixed. Overall I am happy with my experience.

These guys have been around for as long as I've been in Parker which is more than 25 years. They have always provided excellent service and can handle any type of repair that is required. If you need it done right these are the guys to bring it to. You won't be disappointed.

I strongly recommend this shop. In a world overrun with scammers, this business in my experience has been nothing but honest and ethical. Repairs on my vehicle have all been accomplished with quality in a timely manner. I’ve dealt with nothing but straight shooters here who just want to help their customers to achieve their chosen outcomes with their vehicles - meaning they never try to rush, pressure or trick you into doing unnecessary work. They give you the straight facts of what they observe and give you the space to do as you choose. Parker Automotive was fair and transparent about their prices! They got my car fixed up, which needed a new alternator, belts, and transmission fluid flush, in a very quick and efficient manner. I definitely recommend them for quality work. They even worked on my fiancée’s truck and fixed her AC line very quickly and efficiently too! Both cars had their issues fixed in one day, for reference on time efficiency.
