Great service again

Amazing mechanics- figured out what was wrong with my car in just a few hours when the jeep dealership took multiple visits and many weeks with zero conclusions. Not only did they give me options with costs for what was wrong, they suggested I don’t go all in for the more expensive fix for one issue weighed against alternatives for the life of the car. They also let me know I have signs of a future problem that may occur a few years down the road which I appreciate. Overall amazing service highly recommend and will go here from now on! Thanks everyone! I can finally register my car

I have used Parker Auto twice now in the past few months. I have dealt with Matt and Adam both of whom were pleasant and kind. In both instances they solved the issues with my vehicle faster than they estimated. And did their best to be conservative and thoughtful with the course of corrective action so as to be kind to my wallet while providing me with a safe and reliable vehicle. For more than a decade, Parker Auto has been our go-to for necessary repairs and regular maintenance. We were not disappointed. We needed help with the overall costs of the services we needed, and the service writers were able to help us work things out. Then, once the replacement struts were installed, we were pleasantly surprised at how much better our Honda Pilot rides.

Things were done in a timely manner. Also provided me with transportation home and back to Parker automotive when car service was completed
