I heard good things about Parker Automotive and they are all true. The staff are friendly and professional. They replaced fuel pump, u joints and brakes on my 2001 Silverado. The repairs were done right and on time and the price was far better than other estimates. It's hard to find a good garage and I can say Parker Automotive is my new go to. Thanks for the excellent, friendly service!

Where do I begin? Took my older 98 Chevrolet suburban in because antilock warning light was illuminated. Technician was positive that it needed a new antilock brake control module after they replaced it still didn’t work. Turns out. It was the speed sensor So after replacing it, everything The antilock light went off, but after getting it back, the brakes Started lock out for no apparent reason? This was a totally new issue that only arose after taking it to them and getting it back. So took it back to them and they replaced the other speed sensor, but the issue is still present. I am done with them, hard to find a knowledgeable mechanic who understands older vehicles On top of that, I wanted them to change a shock out for me that I had already purchased technician tells me that it is the wrong shock when it is clearly not, just shaking my head. Now I don’t know what I am Going to do about my brakes as they are still randomly locking out on me

I brought my 2015 Mazda in for a new alternator. The tech accidentally broke a piece on the radiator. Service manager asked could I pay for the radiator and half the labor. He wanted to pay his tech and not lose money on the job. His words. Then the tech forgot to restore the freon in the AC that he drained. Very friendly staff. Maybe just my bad luck with the place.
