As I understand, the products necessary for the services I requested were sent by your suppliers in error. Thus, the replacement of shock absorbers became a 9:00 am to 5:00 pm job. The replacement of tires could not be performed. Therefore, alignment was not necessary. Adam made sure what was done was done right. Holly was as helpful as she could be but had no control over the circumstances.
