Have been looking for a good automotive repair shop since we moved to Parker 15 yrs ago. Have had some really awful experiences! Then my car wouldn't start the other day and I called AAA. The rep that arrived got the car started with his jump pack, determined it was NOT the battery but had no idea why it was drained. Advised I take it to a repair shop immediately as there was no guarantee that it would start again if I turned it off. I asked for any suggestions and he told us the only AAA approved shop was Parker Automotive. He called ahead and sent his diagnostic reports. As I did not have any way to get home the Owner, Phillip, brought us home. They had it diagnosed, ordered the part (intelligent battery sensor) and had it ready to go the same day they got the part. Phillip came and got me and let me know if we ever needed to leave the car overnight they have loaners!!! I didn't even ask because who has loaners these days. The car is running great and I cannot thank Parker Automotive enough for their amazing service and even more awesome customer service!!
