Just went here for the first time and it was a great experience, I will come back with any future car issues. Easy to schedule, service was fast (1 day), and the team was knowledgeable and honest. When doing the planned service, they found a separate issue with my vehicle that had an outstanding recall & warranty issued from Ford. They took photos and printed out all the required warranty info into a packet for me and told me to take it to the dealership for a free fix. Super helpful and high character. On top of that, when I came to pick up the vehicle the actual service invoice was slightly higher ($80) than the quote they gave me on the phone, and the team discounted it back to the stated price no questions asked. Great service. A master class in how to treat a customer and ensure they come back.
