The only place I will take my vehicle is to Parker Automotive. Granted there are other places that are open on weekends and have longer hours which is a convenience to most of us, but the most important thing to me is the customer service and the quality of work that’s being done on my car. Holly always greets me with a smile and knows my name and I very much like that. I feel like I matter when I bring my vehicle into Parker Automotive and that I’m not just another “customer”, I am a returning customer and I have a name. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate them a 20.
