The service is excellent at Parker Automotive and I am always treated fairly and pleasantly greeted. Besides regular maintenance, I have also had major work done that was explained clearly for what needed repair and what could wait, with a price that is more than fair.

Had to check battery and change oil. A bad snow storm came in and I had no way to get to the shop to pick up my car. They had someone come pick me up and I was able to get my car and use it for work the next day! Fantastic crew over there highly recommended.

As always, they were very professional very courteous and eager to get the work done. While they were working on items in the engine bay, the fuel pump happened to fail during the repairs; so they were able to get that replaced as well and only charged me cost which was awfully nice of them. Overall a very pleasant experience and our family is very happy.

I'm a very particular car owner. With having five cars it's important to have a place that you can trust. I took my Mercedes in and had them do a transmission service last week. They were extremely accommodating with all my questions and concerns. They did the job exactly as it should have been done and I am extremely impressed. Great job! You have earned my business for all my cars.

Took my 87’ F-150 in for a major fix, valve gaskets , thermostat, timing chain, non-functioning gas tank control, ect. Yes major, but while the truck was under repair, mechanics reported and repaired, with my approval, other problems. With this service, my old truck will be good for another 50K miles. Will I go back to Parker Auto, you bet!
