Parker Auto Repair

The water pump on my Camry was giving out. I took the car to about 5 shops in Parker to get quotes, but they all seemed very high for what was being done (both the part and the labor). Most wouldn't install a part I did not buy from them, and one shop even recommended I replace my alternator and quoted about $1200 for the whole repair even though there is a lot of overlap between those two jobs. I bought a water pump from O'Reilly, and Parker Automotive installed it for a very reasonable price. They drove me home and picked me up since it is our only car. It was done on the same day. Two years later when the alternator actually did need to be replaced, I would have definitely taken it to Parker Automotive. Because they were closed on the weekend, I did it myself since I can't trust other mechanics. It is wonderful to have an honest, fairly priced shop in our town!

Alignment and tire rotation tool about an hour to get done, definitely a stand up place and did not try to sneak in any extra charges like alot of other mechanics!

At 73 years old it's hard to know who to trust anymore. I have had many unpleasant experiences with auto mechanics in my past, but I have not found a place in many years that treats the customer like one would expect to be treated. Parker Automotive went above and beyond to help me get my 85 Dodge pickup back on the road again. The professionalism and expertise of everyone including Holly, Adam, and Lance the technician who did the work on my truck, was outstanding and without reproach. I was treated like a person instead of someone with just a checkbook in hand. I have finally found my repair shop for future needs, and I highly recommend them for any automotive service that anyone may need. I promise you Parker Automotive, you will see me again !
