Excellent service and a trustworthy group of amazing people to get you back on the road and feeling secure in whatever make/model of vehicle you are driving!!! We always trust that the team at Parker Automotive is going to treat us right, get the job done efficiently and not take advantage of us. We have recommended several friends and family to PA over the years and will continue to do so.

So glad we have a place I can trust to service my vehicles. Adam and his team have taken fantastic care of us for several years now. I recently purchased a used SUV and this week the dreaded service engine light came on. Had the codes read and it needed more than I could do so I took it to the dealer I bought it from. They advertise that they have loaners......not today.....and were disinterested in me now that they have my money. Immediately limped my car over to Parker Automotive and within 2 min drove off with a loaner so I could get back to my life of work, kids, etc. Adam worked with the warranty company and handled all the paperwork. Trust is like an eraser....once it's gone, it's gone. I also work in a service industry where repeats and referrals are the lifeblood of your business. I would only refer Parker Automotive. Everyone wants to have "a guy" to take care of their vehicle. I have a team.

I have lived in the area for years and have worked with different repair shops, but never found one that felt "home." A place that provides great service, an honest evaluation of needed repairs, and fair prices. I found a home with Parker Automotive. I knew of the shop previously, but am kicking myself for not scheduling service here before. From now on, Parker Automotive will be the only repair shop for my cars.

Great auto service place, staff is incredibly friendly especially Holly at the front. Very quick to get you in fixed and prices are good.I would definitely recommend to all my friends.

I was referred over to Parker Automotive by a car store. They fixed an easy mistake (car battery connectors not fully attached) for free and were honest with me. Then.. my car broke down (months later) in a parking lot a couple blocks away. They told me not to worry about towing and they would take care of it! The next day they found my car and put in a new starter for me. Along with replacing my starter they found a couple other things that needed my attention. They weren't pushy about me getting it fixed.. and they didn't charge a diagnostic fee! Highly recommend Parker Automotive to anyone!!

The service is excellent and they have gone above and beyond in taking care of our vehicles. We have take 2 different vehicles to them for various things to fix. They are very nice and friendly. They are now our go to mechanic!

They got me an appointment quickly, very reasonable quote on the work I needed and did a great job, quickly and cost was less than the quote. You won't go wrong in going there. Much quicker, more economical than a dealership and the work is the best. Great staff to work with, five star *****
