Car repairs are always a nerve wracking experience but these guys got to my car fixed quickly and made me feel at home (not all anxious).

For the first time in my life I did not feel taken advantage of at an auto repair place. Knowing absolutely nothing about cars, it always seemed like other auto places would try to sell me so many things knowing I knew nothing about them. This place only worked on what I specifically told them my problem was, didn't try to sell me anything extra, their service was incredible and their prices seemed very good compared to other auto places in Parker. I will no longer go anywhere else but here, because I know they are an honest company.

Really friendly staff. They stand by what they say, that they won't tell you what you don't need. Got my car inspected and their pricing was less than half what I was getting from others. They even explain you the problems. Highly recommended.

The water pump on my Camry was giving out. I took the car to about 5 shops in Parker to get quotes, but they all seemed very high for what was being done (both the part and the labor). Most wouldn't install a part I did not buy from them, and one shop even recommended I replace my alternator and quoted about $1200 for the whole repair even though there is a lot of overlap between those two jobs. I bought a water pump from O'Reilly, and Parker Automotive installed it for a very reasonable price. They drove me home and picked me up since it is our only car. It was done on the same day. Two years later when the alternator actually did need to be replaced, I would have definitely taken it to Park Automotive. Because they were closed on the weekend, I did it myself since I can't trust other mechanics. It is wonderful to have an honest, fairly priced shop in our town!

I was actually using a different shop before but after I slid into a curb and trashed my axle. I followed a recommendation and had it towed to Parker Auto. I was so impressed with how thrifty they were in handling my repair that I went to them for my new transmission a year later. I feel that speaks to how much I trust them since I'm a student with a wife and a baby living on student loans and prayers and one bad repair will literally crush us. Thanks Parker Auto! I am never disappointed!

Excellent Customer Service. No Selling up, No hassles, LOWEST PRICES AROUND for quality work!! I needed a new wheel bearing dropped off picked up same day. I found my new mechanics for the Denver area.

I have several cars and we have used Parker Automotive for a few different repairs over the last year or so. Every time they have been reasonably priced, helpful and friendly. In my opinion they are the best repair shop in Parker.

My new repair shop. The brake line on my Escape blew out and needed a same day repair. Great service, and the much needed rotor and pad work was also mentioned - but wasn't upsold a bunch of other items. The brake system is running perfect now. Adam also had recommended a solution for my ABS light, which I will be taking back soon.

Amazing service. I'm from Virginia and had driven to Denver to see family. The day before I was to drive back I started hearing bad noises from one of my wheel bearings. I needed to get home soon and safe. They fixed me up quickly with very fair prices. They have earned their good reviews and have been in business so very long because they treat customers well.
