Parker automotive was recommended to me by my dad, and I'm glad I listened! My dad started bringing all our family cars there, and when my car started acting up my dad told me to give Dan a call at Parker Automotive. I called on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving needing a turn signal replaced and needing my check engine light to be checked out, and they said they could see me immediately. I couldn't bring it in till Wednesday, and when I did they told me they'd try to get it back to me asap. I was very understanding with Thanksgiving being the next day, hoping maybe they'd be able to get to my car by Friday. Sure enough, on Friday afternoon (when they said they would call me) they called to let me know that my car was ready. They fixed my turn signal, fixed the check engine problem, and explained everything to me. They didn't treat me like an idiot because I'm a woman who doesn't know as much as they do about cars (which happens to me ALL THE TIME at other car places). Dan was very friendly and I appreciate him telling me what was wrong with my car and what I should do in the future. Very pleased with the service I received at Parker Automotive and I will definitely be using them in the future!
