These guys are great. Fair, knowledgeable ,and very good at what they do ........simplify the best in town. I have been a customer for over two years and have come to rely on Philip and his crew for all my automotive servicing. Recently I had a transmission problem which he accurately diagnosed and gave me a few options that saved me a ton of money. Always honest, always helpful ,thanks Philip.

The water pump on my Camry was giving out. I took the car to about 5 shops in Parker to get quotes, but they all seemed very high for what was being done (both the part and the labor). Most wouldn't install a part I did not buy from them, and one shop even recommended I replace my alternator and quoted about $1200 for the whole repair even though there is a lot of overlap between those two jobs. I bought a water pump from O'Reilly, and Parker Automotive installed it for a very reasonable price. They drove me home and picked me up since it is our only car. It was done on the same day. Two years later when the alternator actually did need to be replaced, I would have definitely taken it to Parker Automotive. Because they were closed on the weekend, I did it myself since I can't trust other mechanics. It is wonderful to have an honest, fairly priced shop in our town!

Alignment and tire rotation tool about an hour to get done, definitely a stand up place and did not try to sneak in any extra charges like alot of other mechanics!
