Alignment and tire rotation tool about an hour to get done, definitely a stand up place and did not try to sneak in any extra charges like alot of other mechanics!

Guys did an excellent on time job, advised me of a potential problem.

The personnel at Parker Auto Prove are very nice and hdlpful. They called when they said they would and completed the repairs when they said they would be done. This is our second time znd we would definitely come back and refer them to our friends.

At 73 years old it's hard to know who to trust anymore. I have had many unpleasant experiences with auto mechanics in my past, but I have not found a place in many years that treats the customer like one would expect to be treated. Parker Automotive went above and beyond to help me get my 85 Dodge pickup back on the road again. The professionalism and expertise of everyone including Holly, Adam, and Lance the technician who did the work on my truck, was outstanding and without reproach. I was treated like a person instead of someone with just a checkbook in hand. I have finally found my repair shop for future needs, and I highly recommend them for any automotive service that anyone may need. I promise you Parker Automotive, you will see me again ! And thank you once again for treating me the way that one would expect to be treated !

We always trust that the team at Parker Automotive is going to treat us right, get the job done efficiently and not take advantage of us. We have recommended several friends and family to PA over the years and will continue to do so.

So glad we have a place I can trust to service my vehicles. Adam and his team have taken fantastic care of us for several years now. I recently purchased a used SUV and this week the dreaded service engine light came on. Had the codes read and it needed more than I could do so I took it to the dealer I bought it from. They advertise that they have loaners......not today.....and were disinterested in me now that they have my money. Immediately limped my car over to Parker Automotive and within 2 min drove off with a loaner so I could get back to my life of work, kids, etc. Adam worked with the warranty company and handled all the paperwork. Trust is like an eraser....once it's gone, it's gone. I also work in a service industry where repeats and referrals are the lifeblood of your business. I would only refer Parker Automotive. Everyone wants to have "a guy" to take care of their vehicle. I have a team.

I have lived in the area for years and have worked with different repair shops, but never found one that felt "home." A place that provides great service, an honest evaluation of needed repairs, and fair prices. I found a home with Parker Automotive. I knew of the shop previously, but am kicking myself for not scheduling service here before. From now on, Parker Automotive will be the only repair shop for my cars.
