Everyone at Parker Automotive is courteous and very knowledgeable at what they do. I am so happy that I found such a great place; I normally would take care of my cars myself, but living in an apartment makes it nigh impossible. This means I need to be able to trust a 3rd party to take care of my cars and quite frankly, I do not trust many of the "quick lube" places out there. In a way, I feel a bit bad bring my car in for something as simple as an oil change as I know they are capable of doing a lot more, but the fact is I trust them to do it right. I've had other places cross-thread the oil filter, causing an oil leak and expensive damage. Parker Automotive would not make such a mistake and I am glad to say this is one of the few places I enjoy doing business with.
