Parker Auto Repair

The only place I will take my vehicle is to Parker Automotive. Granted there are other places that are open on weekends and have longer hours which is a convenience to most of us, but the most important thing to me is the customer service and the quality of work that’s being done on my car. Holly always greets me with a smile and knows my name and I very much like that. I feel like I matter when I bring my vehicle into Parker Automotive and that I’m not just another “customer”, I am a returning customer and I have a name. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate them a 20.

Great friendly service. Started with me taking my RV to you for service and electrical issues. Fixed all my problems and in a timely manner. Have brought my other 2 vehicles in for service with the same results. Will recommend to anyone! Thanks for the great service!

What I like about Parker Auto is that they are very honest and they Never do anything else on your car except what needs to be done. I couldn’t think of a better staff that treat you like family.

Honest and warranty their work

I brought my Honda Civic in here to get my AC compressor replaced. 10 days and less then a 110 miles driving the car, it broke down on me once again. I called them and asked if they would offer to pay for a tow truck back to their place since it was the same problem. They told me I should take it to a different shop and were unwilling to fix their mistake. I then had to have 2 certified mechanics tell me that the mechanics at Parker Automotive did not tighten two of the bolts at all and they stripped one of the bolts on my alternator. Parker Automotive offered zero refund for their irresponsible work. Take your car here if you don't want the problem fixed!

This is one of the most honest and fair automotive repair shops I’ve ever found. We always trust them with our cars.
