I was very pleased with the service and communication that came from Adam. I also had an issue with a check engine code which they were very informative and did some research for me. Adam told me if the check engine light came back on, it probably was a timing chain issue which through their research seems to be a problem with make and year of my vehicle. He even offered for me to come back and he would run the diagnostics again and confirm the code was related to this timing chain issue. Great work by them. Tim

Everyone at Parker Automotive is courteous and very knowledgeable at what they do. I am so happy that I found such a great place; I normally would take care of my cars myself, but living in an apartment makes it nigh impossible. This means I need to be able to trust a 3rd party to take care of my cars and quite frankly, I do not trust many of the "quick lube" places out there. In a way, I feel a bit bad bring my car in for something as simple as an oil change as I know they are capable of doing a lot more, but the fact is I trust them to do it right. I've had other places cross-thread the oil filter, causing an oil leak and expensive damage. Parker Automotive would not make such a mistake and I am glad to say this is one of the few places I enjoy doing business with.

We haven’t had a single bad experience. We feel very taken care of for the best price in town. Always had great customer service and great work done. I trust these guys because of their honesty, and that’s sometimes hard to say when it comes to car shops upselling and hassling. Highly recommend.

Well, for the first time I found a shop that will not sell me what I do not need. Honestly... wow. I had an air intake hose that was leaking oil onto my motor, and they cleaned it up and tightened the clamps and didn't sell me a new hose, which I fully expected to buy. Great service, they took me back to work and picked me up when the car was ready, and my office is nowhere near their shop. Great bunch of folks.
