Honest, straight forward, dependable. I bring my Jeep Wrangler and Ford F-150 here for all my service. I also have a Ford E450 RV that I have services here as well. Have been very happy with all services performed on my vehicles. Very friendly, not pushy, they provide recommendations if needed and are very knowledable.

I was really impressed by the customer service. How quickly holly got me an appointment and arranged a ride for me. She also took the step to call gm financial to see if my services would be covered. I thought the price was great too. I'm glad I found a new place!

The service is excellent at Parker Automotive and I am always treated fairly and pleasantly greeted. Besides regular maintenance, I have also had major work done that was explained clearly for what needed repair and what could wait, with a price that is more than fair.

Had to check battery and change oil. A bad snow storm came in and I had no way to get to the shop to pick up my car. They had someone come pick me up and I was able to get my car and use it for work the next day! Fantastic crew over there highly recommended.

As always, they were very professional very courteous and eager to get the work done. While they were working on items in the engine bay, the fuel pump happened to fail during the repairs; so they were able to get that replaced as well and only charged me cost which was awfully nice of them. Overall a very pleasant experience and our family is very happy.

I'm a very particular car owner. With having five cars it's important to have a place that you can trust. I took my Mercedes in and had them do a transmission service last week. They were extremely accommodating with all my questions and concerns. They did the job exactly as it should have been done and I am extremely impressed. Great job! You have earned my business for all my cars.
