What a great shop! Very professional staff and they know what they are talking about. The service is quick, and they make sure you know all services are performed and why. They will answer any question you have. The location is right in town and they have shuttle service.

I am very new to the area and rely heavily on reviews, i generally go to a large well known repair shop that is throughout the nation, but was prompted to look for somewhere else due to reviews and I am so glad i did. The sevice was above and beyond, the work i had done was way less than expected, the cleanliness was outstanding. Although i will permanently reside in Aurora, I will always use Parker Automotive and refer everyone i can to them. Just an all around amazing experience.
