As I understand, the products necessary for the services I requested were sent by your suppliers in error. Thus, the replacement of shock absorbers became a 9:00 am to 5:00 pm job. The replacement of tires could not be performed. Therefore, alignment was not necessary. Adam made sure what was done was done right. Holly was as helpful as she could be but had no control over the circumstances.

Made major driveline repairs on my high mileage 2002 chevy blazer. They went out of their way to keep final costs down and even though it took them a couple weeks they made sure I was provided with a loaner car to use and they made sure that the used driveline I had installed was better than what came out of it. Good honest shop in my experience and good value for the amount of work that was needed done.

This shop has helped me with some major vehicle repair issues. My ride is back up and running excellent. The folks at Parker Auto were helpful in every way and great to do business with and they went out of their way big time to keep my total costs at minimum. Thanks to Parker Auto great service.

They found the problem, explained it to me, gave me a price. Did not try to sell me things I didn’t need. Just fixed the problem. I love honesty! And the customer service was fantastic!
